Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Vink iOS app and the getvink.app website. By using Vink you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Vink does

Vink is a tool that lets you fetch and reply to App Store reviews using your own App Store Connect API key. The app generates draft replies using AI and lets you post them back to App Store Connect.

Your account and credentials

You're responsible for the App Store Connect API key you connect to Vink. Use a key with the minimum role needed (Customer Success is sufficient). Don't connect keys from accounts you don't own or aren't authorized to manage.

Vink Pro subscription

• Vink Pro is sold as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription through the Apple App Store.
• The free trial period (when offered) starts when you start your subscription. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage and cancel from the iOS Settings app → your name → Subscriptions, or via the App Store. We can't cancel for you.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per Apple's standard policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use Vink to:

• Post replies that violate the App Store Review Guidelines (harassment, hate speech, deceptive content, etc.).
• Send automated mass replies that aren't actually authored by you (Vink is a drafting tool, not a bulk sender).
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or abuse the backend API beyond normal app usage.

AI-generated content

Drafts produced by Vink are generated by an AI model. They can be wrong, generic, or inappropriate for the situation. Always review and edit drafts before posting. Once you tap Post Reply, the reply is yours and is published under your developer account.

Service availability

We aim for the backend to be available, but offer no uptime guarantees. Background notification timing is determined by iOS and is best-effort, not real-time.

Disclaimers and liability

Vink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Vink is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Vink at any time by deleting the app and cancelling the subscription. We can suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

Changes

If these terms change materially we'll update the "Last updated" date and call out the change in the app's release notes. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of Vink resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
